Two days after the fire, Lauren took us to see three units that were shown to 28 other parties that same day and not only did Lauren make sure we walked away with one of the units, she made sure it is was the best one – the only one with an ocean view. After that, we worked with Lauren to find a full-time home to buy in Cheviot Hills. She had the inside track to all of the top builders and was able to get us in to see many properties that were not yet on the market. Within a few weeks, we found the prefect home for our family and moved quickly under contract. We have now been in this new home for a couple of months now and couldn’t be happier. We had a fairly complicated process given our home was only partially completed and every step of the way Lauren was on top of every detail and helped us navigate each step of the process with confidence. While she always knew all of the minutia, she always kept the critical path in mind and made she we only had to care about what really mattered while handled the rest.
